(NYSE: IL), a global provider of virtual data rooms and inter-enterprise content management and collaboration solutions, and as Corporate and Securities Counsel at BearingPoint, Inc. He has guided companies through public and private stock offerings, proxy seasons, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and other significant transactions. In private practice, Andrew has represented clients in federal court on matters involving copyright and trademark, and he has served as outside General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to emerging growth companies.
